Dr.I-Net:
Navigating through the Dr.I-Net
web site is easy and completely user-friendly.
STEP 1 : Click on the
"New Members" icon on the front of the home page.This
will then take you to the "New memebers" page.
STEP 2 : Complete some
personal information about yourself.
STEP 3 : After your account
has been validated you are then free to navigate throughout
the site.
STEP 4: Now you may click
on the "My Medical Record" button to begin storing
your medical record on-line for quick and on time access.
This service is FREE
to all consumers.
Your medical record is CONFIDENTIAL
and only the institutions and personnel authorized by "YOU"
can access your records.

Users who would like to browse
the database without entering any personal data may do so by
using the following user name and password.

Inputting and Storing Your
Medical Record:
Members can directly fill in
in their biographical, family and socio-personal history by
clicking on the appropriate icons in the "My Medical Record"
page.
However, medical history, lab
results and specialty charts will have to be filled in by the
appropriate medical personnel.

Viewing Your Lab Results:
The "My Lab Results"
section of your medical record is primarily to be used by your
lab and diagnostic centers to input your test results and reports
for on-time use.
This section of the medical record
is a READ-ONLY page and can not
be edited or altered in any form or manner by the patient, consummer,
individual,etc.
